Q: I purchased version 5.8 of My Calendar. Am I eligible for an upgrade price?
A: Yes you are. Any version of My Calendar is
eligible for the 1/2 price upgrade as long as you have your original
key. We do not store keys sent to customers.
Q: I want to create calendars for several organizations. Can I have separate notes for each group?
A: Yes. You can have any number of notes.
Duplicate an existing note file or use the "Save As.." command from
within the program. Double click on your new file to use the
notes or select "Open" from within the program to open and use your new
note file.
Q: What other features will be available when I receive my key and enter it?
A: Only those items noted in the shareware window
are limited or disabled. Please make sure EVERYTHING is working
to your satisfaction BEFORE purchasing the program. My Calendar
will not function differently once you enter the key. It will only
remove the limitations noted.
Q: I want the calendar I create to always be on my desktop. Does My Calendar have to be running to make this happen?
A: You want to use the command "Create Desktop
View". It will create an image of the current month or year
(depending on the current view) and place it in your Macs Desktop Image
folder. It will then set the desktop view to that image displayed any
time your mac is running. To remove it simply use the System
Preferences.
Q: My receipt from Kagi did not include the key. What Happened?
A: When you enter your credit card data and
select to purchase the program Kagi still needs to verify your card.
Once that is complete (usually 1/2 hour or less but it can take up to 4
hours) you will receive a thank-you email that contains your purchase
information and the key necessary to unlock the program. Kagi
will also notify you if there is some problem with your card.
Q: I notice that My Calendar is not a Universal Binary file. Why?
A: My Calendar may be rewritten as a UB program
in the future but there are no features in the program that would
benefit from that change at this time. My Calendar has been
tested on the latest equipment from Apple using OSX 10.5 and runs very
well.
Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple users?
A: Yes we do. My Calendar is in use by many
universities, school districts, groups and organizations. Please
contact us at techsupport@mycalendarsoftware.com and we can work with you for any size group.
If you purchased any version of My Calendar on or after October 1, 2007 you are entitled to a free upgrade. Send us an email techsupport@mycalendarsoftware.com with
your original purchase date and the key you received and we will issue
you a new key for My Calendar 2008. Thanks for your business.
